SUPER PC™ | Multiple Monitor Walls

.
Our display wall systems are designed to offer the ability to combine multiple lcd screens into one giant resolution screen. Unlike our standard Multi-Monitor Computer products these systems are configured to allow full screen (across all monitors) applications to run easily and more effectively. These multi-monitor wall systems are perfect for creating huge screens to display large video, powerpoint presentations, live band shows, hi-res images, slideshows for audiences, google earth, flight simulators and much more!!
.
What is needed to construct a complete Multi-Monitor LCD Wall?
1) A multi-monitor computer system capable of supporting the amount of LCDs you wish to use
2) You will also need symetric rimmed LCDs. The thinner the bezel around the LCD, the better!
3) Lastly, you will need a mounting system that will allow you to hang the LCDs on the wall

Trading Computers

Day traders are rocking the boat using new technology to become more efficient and better at what they do.  Trading computers is really a broad spectrum term that describes a

http://dual-monitors.org/images/Multiple-Monitor-Desktop-Trading-Computer-Google-Earth.JPG

http://dual-monitors.org/images/Multiple-Monitor-Desktop-Trading-Computer-Google-Earth.JPG

computer designed specifically for day trading.  Generally speaking, a trading computer will have multiple monitors and feature both powerful CPU (central processing unit) and GPU (Graphic processing unit) technology.  They also tend use advance cooling systems which help maintain epitasis during periods of intense processing.  If you are a day trader, should you consider a trading computer?  Well the answer really depends on what you would like to get out of your computer system.

It wasn’t that long ago when “trading computers” was an unknown term.  Prior to 2003, day traders used typical machines that could be purchased from any retailer.  However, the specialization market came about and rocked the trading world they starting building super machines that could handle multiple monitors, multiple video cards and processes faster than ever before.  Now if you know anything about day trading, you know that it absolutely takes precision timing and effort to make trades and profit. The trading computer has increased the trader’s ability to do that because it uses the latest technology on the market.

Probably the best feature of a trading computer is its ability to handle multiple monitors.  Several traders that I know use monster 8 monitor machines that can run multiple serious resource taxing programs at the same time with so much as one second lag.  Now that’s power.  And it’s paying off too, as these guys have seen their profits skyrocket, simply because they are able to better multi-task and get more done during their (brief) workdays. It’s definitely a powerful advantage.

When I was talking to a good friend of a colleague of mine recently, he said that since he starting using a trading computer he was able to gain a 3% edge on profitability.  Now we won’t go into specific numbers because I don’t think he would appreciate that, but I can tell you this is no small amount of cash that he’s adding to his pockets every month.   Let us put it this way, his powerful multiple monitor machine appears to be reason he now owns a shiny brand new BMW M3 convertible (black on black leather interior… I digress.)  His profits are now soaring.

He purchased his machine from a well known multiple monitor and trading computer specialty company called multi-monitors.com which he says was able to provide him with exactly what he needed.  Overall, he had nothing but nice things to say about multi-monitors.com, but they include talking about their professionalism and ability to really narrow down what his exact needs were, when he was building his custom trading PC.

If you are considering getting a multiple monitor computer or trading computer then it is highly recommended that you check these guys out (multi-monitor.com) as they have tremendous reviews and you most certainly with no be disappointed with your trading pc.

3 Monitor Computer

I want to discuss with you the reason that I am able to complete more work in less time.   The days when have a three monitor computer are gone.  It is now common place.  For me,

http://dual-monitors.org/images/ATI-Windows7-Desktop-Multiple-Monitors-Three-Screens-Portrait-Mode-Superpc.JPG

personally, it has been a huge blessing as I am now able to better complete tasks in less time.  It is certainly more efficient to have a 3 monitor computer versus only one or two monitors.  It is actually quite amazing how day traders can dramatically increase their productivity and even more importantly, they can increase their profits.

I work with several guys that day trade on a regular basis and one of them was telling me just this the other day.  He actually recently upgraded his 2 monitor computer to a 3 monitor computer and at the end of the first month of using his new multiple monitor computer system, he notices a rather sharp increase in his profits.  But even more important for him was the fact that he was able to do more work in less time.  On average shaving off 10-15 minutes a day!  That’s pretty incredible if you’re like my friend who has a family and enjoys spending as much time as possible with him.  If you add up all the time he will be saving over the course of the next year, it is almost an extra week that he will be able to spend with them instead of spending it in his office work.

And moreover, with his new 3 monitor computer system he’s actually making a larger profit trading in the futures market.  This is good because it means that he’ll have extra money to put away toward his family.  He is currently saving for his kid’s education, but also sticks a little bit of money away each month so that when vacation time rolls around he can guarantee that his family will have an absolutely amazing time.  You wouldn’t believe the effect of an extra monitor (upgrading from a dual monitor computer system to a three monitor computer system) will have on your profits.  For my coworker, it means averaging an extra 2-3 percent profit each month, which at the end up the year, really adds up.

So why does having an extra monitor make that much difference in both productivity and profit you ask?  Well it is actually pretty common sense.  For my co-worker that uses a variety of programs on his desk top, he actually ends up switching back and forth between applications quite frequently.  Now this may not sound like a big deal, but seconds accumulate faster than you think during the day, so the time that he spent searching for the application he wants to use and opening it up were actually quite a big time waste.  Now, granted my coworker did have a dual monitor computer setup prior to getting his third monitor- but just having one extra monitor of desktop space has really made a huge difference in regards to his ability to be more productive.  The fact of the matter is that this extra monitor has increased both productivity and profit, something that isn’t easy to do in this field.

So how did he go about picking out a 3 monitor computer system?  Well after doing a considerable amount of research he was able to narrow down his options for computer systems quite a bit.  But in the end, my coworker decided that the easiest way to find the best 3 monitor computer system was to consult with an expert, which is precisely what he did.  In fact, one of the main reasons that he decided to go this route was because there were just too many options to choose from when building a new 3 monitor computer.  He had a tough time knowing exactly which graphics card to use, which mother board would work with what RAM and he had literally no idea what SATA hard drive was.  Also, there’s question of which case he should, and in this case that was pretty confusing too, because not every case will work.  You really have to be careful when picking out the case because some are compatible and some are not.

He decided to consult with a company called multi-monitors.com because they are considerably older than some of their competitors and their reputation is much stronger as well.  Fortunately for my coworker, they were very helpful at multi-montiors.com.  They were able to figure out exactly what he needed and build a new 3 monitor computer system to his specifications. This worked out really well for my coworker.

Is a 3 monitor computer right for you?  A more reasonable question to ask is, would you like to be more productive and increase your profits?  If you answered yes then you should probably upgrade your one monitor computer system to a 3 monitor computer system.   If you decide to upgrade to a three monitor computer system, you will see advantages just like my coworker did.  If you are a stock trader or even if you work in another field, working with more monitors is going to increase your productivity and also increase your profits, so it is something you should definitely do.

To sum up what I’ve said above, I’ve worked my friend (described above) for almost 15 years now and I’ve never seen him able to complete this much work, have this kind of profit and seen him this happy.  The 3 monitor computer system really was a blessing for my friend and coworker.  The only question we ask no is, when he is going to upgrade to a 4 or even 5 monitor computer system.  I know that it won’t be long until he decides he wants to improve his productivity and profits even more than he has already.

You have seen it in movies like limitless and other stock trading movies as well, a trading computer that runs multiple monitors.  There is a reason why you keep seeing these types of multiple monitor computers over and over in the movies and on TV.  It’s because they create a huge advantage over competitors that are not using multi-monitor computers.  In fact, it has become the industry standard in and industry that really plays by its own rules.

If you’re going to be a day trader than using a trading computer that runs multiple monitors is an absolute must.

Personally, I don’t trade stocks.  However, I have friends that are day traders and they all use a trading computer that runs multiple monitors.  I asked them to explain to me some of the advantage of using a multiple screen computer.  They said that the biggest advantage is being able to watch multiple charts and graphs and trade in split second when they realize that they have an advantage and can make money.  Many of these guys have six figure salaries, so it I take their words for gold.  They seem accurate and therefore I believe them.

If you have thought about getting a trading computer that runs multiple monitors, but you were not really sure if it was right for you, I can tell you one thing.  You will see an advantage once you start using your new trading computer with multiple monitors.  It will be one of the top decisions that you can make for your business this year and you will not regret and will wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.

PC for Gaming

Do you play a lot of games on your computer or even on a gaming system such as Xbox or Playstation?  If so, I am wondering, have you considered using a PC for gaming instead?  There are multiple reasons why you might want to do this and I am going to go into the

http://dual-monitors.org/images/ATI-Windows-Desktop-Multiple-Monitors-Six-6-Hex-LCD-Multi-Screen-Desktop-Computer-System-World-of-Warcraft-WOW-Superpc.JPG

http://dual-monitors.org/images/ATI-Windows-Desktop-Multiple-Monitors-Six-6-Hex-LCD-Multi-Screen-Desktop-Computer-System-World-of-Warcraft-WOW-Superpc.JPG

reasons why a PC for Gaming is better than both a normal PC and a gaming system like Xbox or Playstation.  It is important to realize of course that everyone has a slightly different situation so for some it might actually be easier go with one of the above mentioned solutions.  However, for me, a PC for gaming has been one of the best decisions that I could have made.   It is been a real treat to play FPS (First Person Shooter) games using a mouse and keyboard, as opposed to a controller (which can be rather tricky at times.)  I’ve also noticed better speed and slightly more reliable hardware.  Sure, Microsoft makes good products, but being able to hand select the components that I wanted to use was a real plus.

Another advantage to having a PC for gaming is being able to run multiple monitors and create an really neat 3D feeling environment by using a horseshoe shaped continuous setup.  It is an awesome advantage that many of my opponents online don’t have and has led to increased winning when I do play.

There are some things that you need to consider though, before you run out and buy a PC for gaming.  The number one issue can be the cost.  If you end up doing what I did and buy the absolute best components then you can easily wind up paying considerably more than you would for even an above average computer.  This is a big deterrent for some people that simply can’t afford to piece the machine that they want to buy.  Another disadvantage is that you may not have the knowledge to put the computer together yourself.  If this is the case then you do have options, but it will end up costing you a bit more money- which again tends to be a big deterrent for people considering buying a PC for gaming.

So where can you find experts willing to help you piece together the perfect PC for gaming.   Well online there are quite a few options.  A good place to start is on gaming forums.  There are a lot of forums online that have experts on this type of stuff.  Talking with these guys can be a great way to figure out not only what you need to buy, but if a gaming computer is right for you in the first place.  Of course you should beware that sometimes the guys on these forums can also be a little snooty and may not be all that willing to help.  Definitely consider using the search function within each individual help before making new threads, as making new threads in a great way to get flamed and not given any good information.

Another option, albeit a slightly more expensive option (so it is definitely not for everyone), is to use a company such as multi-monitors.com to help build your PC for gaming.  The guys at multi-monitors.com tend to really know their stuff.  The advantage to going with them is that you’re going to be able to customize your computer to the exact specifications that you want.  This is a huge advantage over having to go to newegg.com and guess at which parts might work best.  It will save you hours and hours of research that you would need to do to put together the perfect system.  This is the option that I recommend, unless you are a little more technical and computer savy.

Multitasking Applications on Separate Monitors

If you use multiple applications then you probably know just how difficult this can be with an old single monitor setup.  It becomes both extremely challenging and time consuming to constantly switch between various applications that you might be using.  For this reason,

http://dual-monitors.org/images/Multiple-Monitor-Computer-Display-Array-Bundle-Superpc-8.JPG

http://dual-monitors.org/images/Multiple-Monitor-Computer-Display-Array-Bundle-Superpc-8.JPG

there is a serious advantage to multitasking applications on separate monitors.  It is more than just helpful, using multiple monitors is a time saving tool that will allow you do things that you never dreamed possible.  Multitasking applications on separate monitors is an amazing way to increase your revenues and reduce time wasted while working.  More and more people are moving to a setup that allows for easier multitasking by using a multiple monitor setup.  In fact, if you’re not moving towards this type of system, then quite frankly, you are behind the times.  Most people don’t realize just how much time is actually wasted because they aren’t currently multitasking applications on separate monitors. It is such a shame too, because as the economy worsens companies could be saving more money by using multiple screens.

I was recently visiting a friend and talking about the advantages of being able to use multitasking applications on separate monitors.  It was quite incredible how he mentioned that he was using a very similar concept.  He had a 4 monitor computer and with each monitor that he had set up, he ran a different application.   My friend and his employees had learned that multitasking applications on separate monitors was a huge advantage for him and his business.  He was able to help his business grow by reducing waste and increasing efficiency within his office.  This has been a huge perk for his business.

Recently, while at a conference in Las Vegas for FOREX traders, I talked with a guy that, like my friend which I have already mentioned above, used an 8 monitor computer in a very similar fashion.  He was using the 8 monitor computer for multitasking applications on separate monitors.  This was a huge perk, just like my friend, for his business as well.  Each monitor contained a specific application which was really helpful for him.  He said that since he started using a multi-monitor setup to multitask applications on separate monitors that he had noticed a sharp increase in the amount of productivity that he was able to do.  It has been a huge success for him. And I know that he’s extremely thrilled that he was able to start multitasking applications on separate monitors, much like the way he was able to understand the charts and graphs that he must read faster and more efficiently.

There are several ways that you can start employing this technology within your business, and the sooner that you start doing so the happier you’re going to be.  So what does it take to get a multiple monitor setup within your business?  Well the answer is very simple actually, and does not require as much technical information as you might originally.  It does, however, require you to consider what is that you are actually trying to accomplish and failure to do this will result in a poor piece of machinery that does not do what you would like for it to do.  So, for example, if you are a FOREX trader, you’ll probably want a minimum of 4 screens.  You can accomplish this in several ways, the easiest of which is purchase a computer that is already setup for at least 4 monitors.  You can imagine that you need a machine that is equipped to process quite a bit of data and do so fairly efficiently.  So first and foremost you need a powerful processor such as the Intel i5 or i7.  Next you need to consider how much RAM (memory) you’re going to need.  Once you know this then the next question would be, what video card you want to use.  You want to use powerful and efficient graphics cards that will be able to handle a lot of data.  You also want to have graphics cards that have at least 2 outputs each, as this will make it much to setup your multiple monitor computer.

Another way that you can get a multi-screen computer is to order from a company that specializes in multiple monitor computers.  There are a number of these companies around, but the best one is a company that’s called multi-monitors.com.  You can browse their website if you are curious about what they provide, but an even better option is to give them a call and talk about how you’re to be multitasking applications on separate monitors.  Ordering this way will result in a better machine that more closely matches your needs.  I mean let’s face it, you don’t know what you’re doing when it comes to computers.  You should consult with an expert before you make a purchase.  Now it is true that you will pay a bit of a premium to do so, but hey, it will be worth it in the long run and you’ll be really happy that you went with a company that know what they are doing.

You’ll also have to figure out what type of stand you want to use.  There are several ways that you can setup your computers for multitasking applications on separate monitors.  The most common ways tend to be the horizontal setup and the quad setup (for a 4-monitor computer.)  Either will work fine, but it really depends on the amount of space that you have available and how many monitors you think that you’ll need to start multitasking applications on separate monitors.  Don’t worry, if you’re not sure what to buy, you can always talk with the guys at multi-monitors.com about this as well.  They are experts and will know what to tell you to buy.

In summary, if you are considering multitasking applications on separate monitors you’re making a wise decision.  It is a decision that will benefit you and your business and result in greater growth, increased productivity and less time wasted at work.  Your employees will love you and your clients will love you even more.  But before you start multitasking applications on separate monitors you need to make sure you are getting the right multiple monitor computer system for your office.  For this reason it is highly recommended that before you make any purchase, you talk with someone that understands your goals and someone that can help you pick the right system.  Don’t think that just because you’re getting a multi-screen system that it is right for you.   Find an expert and make sure you get exactly what you need to  begin multitasking applications on separate monitors.

honest, because unless you have started researching and using multi-screen setups then you are behind the times.  Have multi-screen setups are huge for business both large and small and your business should also be included in this as well.  If you are looking for a strong way to grow your business, then having a multi-screen setup could be it.  Are you ready to learn the advantages of having a multi-screen setup?  There are lots of advantages to having a multiple screen setup, but I’ll just list a couple for you.

When people think about multi-screen setups, they tend to think that they are only good for a few different types of professionals.  For example, people tend to think that multi-screen setups are relevant if you are a day trader, or if you are into other fields like this that are similar.  But the fact of the matter is that people all different types have started to use multiple monitor computers.  Even professions such as teacher, doctor and lawyer can find advantages to using a multiple monitor setup.  There is a serious advantage to those that are willing to embrace this new technology and use it to their advantage to make sure that they have a clear cut edge in the market.

Multiple Monitor Display

http://dual-monitors.org/images/2-Dual-LCD-Multiple-Monitor-Display-Array-Stand-Superpc-Dell.JPG

Why do we keep hearing about a multiple monitor display, not only in the workplace, but in many other places as well?  It seems like everywhere I go, either on the internet or even watching TV, people having been switching over to a multiple monitor display.  It is a trend that’s growing, according to several popular tech websites and magazines.  It is growing so fast that I started to research why companies have started gearing toward using multiple monitor display as opposed to using a single monitor display like they use to use back in the day.  As it turns out, the answer was pretty simple.  Companies have discovered that using multiple monitors have increased their workplace productivity, which in the long run have allowed them to grow in ways that they never realized would be possible.

Google is great example of a company that encourages the use of multiple monitor display in their workplace.  They seem to really know what is going to make a company tick and this has lead to better workplace environment.  They know that having employees use a multiple monitor displace instead of the traditional single monitor display may lead to better results.  When you’re a big company like Google, everything you do tends to trend towards how can you grow and how can you make things better in the workplace.  For them, it happens to be using a multiple monitor displace in the office place. For your company, using a multiple monitor display could be the key to increasing your productivity as well, which in the end will result in several very important things.  Your profits will grow and your employees will likely be happier.  After all, an employee that feels like he or she is working less will feel better about the job that they are doing.

Multiple Monitor Computers

Welcome to real world I say to you, it is time you step up your game and understand that what makes a company run more efficiently and also helps a company increase their net revenue.  Multiple monitor computers are a key to making a company grow strong, fast

http://dual-monitors.org/images/ati-multiple-monitors-flight-simulator-video-wall-display-24-lcd-screens-superpc-1000.JPG

and furious.  You might be asking yourself, why would a multiple monitor computer benefit my company?  Well I’ll tell you- being able to multi-task is an incredibly valuable trait.  Having multiple monitor computers can help someone that may not be the best at multi-tasking be better at it.  It is a very important skill to have.  So you should learn how to multi-task with multiple monitor computers so that you are a better and more productive worker, which will in the end result in high net revenue for your company.

Some very powerful companies have started using multi-monitor computers and for good reason.  Companies are finding out when employee are able to bounce back and forth between computer programs easier tend to get more done during the day.  The result is higher productivity for the workplace and the end result is increased profits.  Most companies aren’t even aware that they are wasting money because their employees are (silently) spending time moving back and forth between applications, when they could actually have these programs open and ready to use.  This would mean that they would be more productive- that less time would be wasted.

As business owners start to catch on to this trend I think that we are going to see an interesting trend in work.  Multiple monitor computers mean that more work can be done in less time.  As is such, this could actually mean a shortening of the work week, something that much of Europe already has.   Because countries like France refuse to allow more than 30 hours per week for full time workers, they could also benefit greatly from using multiple monitor computers.  This should be a trend that catches on with the rest of Europe as well.  Swedes aren’t particularly known for their work ethic, but if they were using multiple monitor computers, perhaps we’d see a shift.  Perhaps we’d see more work done and Sweden could turn into one of the more productive countries in Europe.  They already have IKEA, why not make them a better nation by using simple multiple monitor computers?

Connect Up to Six Displays

What type of computer system can connect up to six displays?  Actually the answer may

http://dual-monitors.org/images/Superpc-Six-Hex-6-LCD-Multiple-Monitor-Display-Array-Setup.JPG

http://dual-monitors.org/images/Superpc-Six-Hex-6-LCD-Multiple-Monitor-Display-Array-Setup.JPG

surprise you; most computers if you configure them correctly and upgrade with the appropriate hardware.  It’s actually much easier than you probably realize and you can even make your computer do it as well.  However, trying to make your computer connect up to six displays may not always be the most efficient way to do things.  The best idea is usually to build a special computer that is configured to connect up to six displays.   Since most of don’t really understand how all of the components work within a computer system, the idea is then to find a professional company that can help us arrange the computer system so that it will best meet our needs.  We touch on this more below, but first I should provide a couple of warnings.  Using a computer to connect up to six displays may be more or less power than you actually need.  Some people prefer to use a 2 monitor computer, or 3,4, even 5 monitors as opposed to connecting up to six displays.  Why you ask?  Well it really depends on the type of work that you are trying to do.

So where do you buy a computer that can connect up to six displays.  Honestly the best company out there right now is a company called multi-monitors.com.  They have a long history of expertise in the field and can help you make the best decisions when picking out the components that make up your computer that will connect up to six displays.  They are so trust worth that even the US Navy and other branches of the military use their computers on their battleships.  That’s pretty spectacular to think about- you could use the same computer system that provides defense for the most powerful nation in the world.

If you are interested in buying a multiple monitor computer that can connect up to six displays, the easiest way to do so is to purchase a machine from a company.  You can piece the computer together yourself, but without the proper expertise, you may wind up with an inefficient machine that does not do what you want it to do.

Replace Trade Show Display

Do you frequent trade shows?  Then you probably recognize that digital signage is the way of the future.  The days of science fair-esque tri-fold displays are a thing of the past.  Using multiple monitors and powerful computers are now being use to replace trade show

http://dual-monitors.org/images/ati-multiple-monitors-flight-simulator-video-wall-display-24-lcd-screens-superpc-2.JPG

displays from the past.  If you haven’t upgraded, then you are behind the times.  Fortunately for you it’s actually easier than you think to do so.  There are a number of awesome companies (which we will get to in a minute) that can help you design the absolutely perfect trade show display.

Typically speaking, when companies seek to replace trade show display, they intend to set up a multiple monitor computer that use anywhere from 2 to 8 monitors (and for some professionals it can be even more.)  To run this many computer monitors you need to have a special computer that’s built specifically for running multiple monitors.  Often times they include using multiple graphics cards, have high-end processor, an abundance of RAM and a special cooling system that prevents the computer from getting too hot.

If you intend to use this type of display, then the best way to have the system put together is by contacting professionals that specialize in multi-monitor Wall displays.  One of the best companies around is a company called multi-monitors.com.  They’ve been in the business for a long time and understand the ends and outs of what a multiple monitor computer system should look like, how it should function, and how to avoid problems when you replace trade show display.

If you are doing trade shows, then it’s time you replace trade show display.  Before you go out and try to do this on your own, you need to consult with a professional.  You also need to know how many monitors you’d like to use.  If you’re not sure about this, then consulting with a professional may be the easiest way to determine what the best course of action will be.  Don’t try to go it alone when you replace trade show display or you may end up with an expensive piece of machinery that does not do what you want it to do.
